  • Graduated from the College of Design at North Carolina State University, in Raleigh, NC with a Bachelor's degree in Product Design, class of 1987.
  • From 1987 until 1991, worked as a fashion designer in New York's Garment District.
  • In 1991 worked as an intern at MTV in the styling and make-up department.  Styling visiting musicians, such as Robert Plant, Godley & Creme,  and the cast VJs.
  • 1991 until 2000, self-employed apparel designer, making custom eveningwear for artistic clients such as jazz vocalist, Cassandra Wilson. Designing three of her tours, and her dress for the Grammys.
  • Attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in the Accessory Degree program focusing on footwear design. 2004-2016 owned an e-commerce wedding flip-flop business.  Designed and engineered wedding sandals which sold to brides in every state of the USA,  and to many major countries in Europe and Canada. 
  • November 17, 2010, I worked on my very first film, Mr.Popper's Penquins and fell in love with the business.  2011 became a member of the SAG-AFTRA union, working on-camera and in voice-over work ever since. On-going training in acting, voice-over classes and workshops, and private coaches as well.  
  • 2010-present working occasionally as a Real Estate Stager and Interior Designer.  A natural gift with space and design, this is work is easy for me to do. I have only taken on projects by referral.

July 2017 to present:  On staff at suchavoice.com as a voice-over Personal Coach, contributing articles for the SAV Blog and occasionally hosting online teleconferences.

  • Actor role ["under five"] playing "Cult Worshiper" on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
  • Actor role as a prenatal doctor in Episode 202 in Comedy Central's, Jon Glaser Loves Gear.
  • Featured role as Ethel Skull in the independent feature film, Maplethorpe
  • ​​​ Kimmy Schmidt featured with Tituss Burgess as executive "Sharon" in Epsidoe 307.
  • Featured in Elementary with my stand-up comedy instructor Rick Crom. Episode 518.
  • Dubbed two characters in a Chinese feature film for Buttons, NY.
  • Played an on-air radio personality, for SAG Film Short, "One Good Memory", written by Jill Mary Goodrich, directed by Michael Rizzi.  
  • Winning design contestant on Episode 605, Flea market Flip: Battle of the Boroughs.  HGTV.
